Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all bookings made through Bali Villa Bookings (balivillabookings.com), operated by Island Dream Collective, for the following properties: Casa de Loto (Canggu), Unite By The Sea (Uluwatu) and Temple of Tides (Nyang Nyang, Uluwatu). By making a booking, you agree to these Terms in full.

1. Bookings

All bookings are subject to availability and are only confirmed once full or partial payment has been received and a confirmation email has been sent. Prices displayed on the site are quoted in the currency shown at checkout and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

2. Payment

Payments are processed securely through Xendit. We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard) as well as other payment methods made available at checkout. Full payment is required at the time of booking unless a deposit option is explicitly offered for your dates.

All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) or US Dollars (USD). Card issuers may apply their own currency conversion fees; these are outside our control.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation terms and refund eligibility are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

4. Check-in & Check-out

Standard check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM local time (WITA), unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to arrival. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.

5. Guest Responsibilities

Guests are responsible for the villa and its contents during their stay. Any damage beyond normal wear and tear will be charged to the guest. The number of guests staying at the property must not exceed the maximum occupancy stated in the listing. Guests must comply with all house rules provided at check-in, including but not limited to noise, pool safety, and smoking policies.

6. Liability

Island Dream Collective and its representatives are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property during a guest's stay, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable Indonesian law. Guests are strongly encouraged to arrange their own travel and health insurance.

7. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations where such failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government action, pandemics, or civil unrest. In such cases, we will work with guests in good faith on rescheduling or credit options.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from a booking shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably between the parties.
