How do I book a villa?

Click any "Book Now" button, choose your dates and number of guests, and pay securely online through our booking system. You'll receive instant confirmation by email with everything you need.

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is from 3:00 pm and check-out is by 11:00 am. Arriving early or leaving late? Tell us your flight times — early check-in or late check-out is sometimes possible depending on availability, and we're happy to store your luggage before check-in or until 3:00 pm on the day you check out.

Do you offer airport transfers?

Yes. We arrange a private driver who meets you at the airport with your name and brings you directly to the villa. Just send us your flight details after booking.

Is there housekeeping?

Yes — the villas include regular housekeeping, fresh linen and towels. If you need anything in between, message us and we'll sort it.

Is Wi-Fi suitable for working remotely?

Yes, both villas have fast Wi-Fi suitable for video calls and remote work. Canggu in particular has a big digital-nomad scene with great cafés and coworking spaces nearby.

Can you arrange experiences like surf lessons or a private chef?

Absolutely — that's our favourite part. Airport pickups, scooters, surf lessons, day trips, in-villa massage and private chefs (including floating breakfasts) can all be arranged before or during your stay. See the Experiences page.

What payment methods do you accept?

Bookings are paid securely online by card through our booking system. You'll see the full price breakdown before you confirm.

What is the cancellation policy?

The cancellation policy is shown clearly during booking before you pay. If your plans might change, message us — we're humans, and we'll always try to find a fair solution.

Are the villas suitable for families?

Yes — many of our guests travel with children. Tell us the ages of your kids when booking and we'll have the villa set up accordingly, including cots and high chairs where needed.

Is there a minimum stay?

We have a minimum of 3 nights for most periods, and 5 nights during peak season (Christmas, New Year, school holidays). Contact us if you need a shorter stay and we'll see what we can do.

Do you allow pets?

Unfortunately we don't allow pets at either villa. Bali has strict regulations around animal movement and we want to keep the villas in top condition for all guests.

Is Bali safe to travel to?

Bali is one of the world's most popular tourist destinations and is generally very safe. We recommend standard travel precautions — don't leave valuables unattended, use reputable transport and stay aware of your surroundings. We're always happy to give you local safety tips before you arrive.

What currency should I bring?

Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) is the local currency. ATMs are widely available in Canggu and Uluwatu. Most restaurants and shops accept cash, though larger establishments accept cards. We recommend drawing cash on arrival rather than exchanging at the airport where rates are poor.

How much does it cost to rent a private villa in Canggu, Bali?

Casa de Loto in Canggu starts from A$160 (approximately €97 or US$100) per night for up to 4 guests. This includes daily housekeeping, private pool access and all utilities. There are no hidden fees — the price you see is the price you pay, with taxes added at checkout.

How much does it cost to rent a private villa in Uluwatu, Bali?

Unite By The Sea in Uluwatu starts from A$280 (approximately €170 or US$180) per night for up to 8 guests across 4 bedrooms. Daily housekeeping and private pool access are included.

Which is better for a Bali holiday — Canggu or Uluwatu?

It depends on what you're after. Canggu (Casa de Loto) suits people who want cafés, restaurants, nightlife, surf and a buzzy creative atmosphere — it's Bali's most vibrant neighbourhood. Uluwatu (Unite By The Sea) is better for those seeking dramatic ocean cliffs, world-class surf breaks, sunsets and a more peaceful, rugged feel. Both are magical — many guests book one and wish they'd done both.

Are your villas suitable for families with children?

Yes — both villas are family-friendly. We can arrange a pool safety net, baby cot, high chair and child-friendly meals on request. Casa de Loto (up to 4 guests) suits a small family, while Unite By The Sea (up to 8 guests) is great for larger families or two families travelling together.

How far are the villas from the airport?

Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS) is approximately 35 minutes from Casa de Loto in Canggu and 45 minutes from Unite By The Sea in Uluwatu, depending on traffic. We offer private airport transfer services — just ask us when you book.

What is the best time of year to visit Bali?

The dry season runs from April to October and is generally the best time to visit — clear skies, lower humidity and great surf. July and August are peak season and book up quickly. The wet season (November to March) brings afternoon rain showers but also lush green landscapes and fewer tourists. December and January see a spike in visitors due to the Christmas and New Year period.
